Our Stained Glass
The beautiful windows of Christ Lutheran Church are made of faceted glass. Inch thick pieces of glass are hand cut, flat on one side and faceted on the other. The pieces are set in a matrix of epoxy and silicon that holds it together and provides part of the design. This contemporary style of stained glass came from Germany in the post World War I I era. The windows of so many churches had been destroyed and there was no leaded glass. The windows are designed in panels that are each mounted inside the regular window, thus providing protection for the design and extra insulation. Click here to read more...

In September 1995, a trust agreement was made with the church and the Columbarium Board of Trustees, and construction on the Columbarium on Christ Lutheran's property began shortly after that. The Columbarium has a total of 160 niches, 144 of which have been purchased. Interment in the Columbarium is open to church members and immediate family members; others who are interested may consult Pastor Groce for exception.
This beautiful spot is truly a peaceful resting place.
